Is Profit Alliance Club a scam

Profit Alliance Club Review

PRODUCT NAME: Profit Alliance Club
Price: Free to sign up
Owners: Diego Noriega
Overall Ranking: 5/100
Verdict: Scam
Our Recommendation: I think the best thing is to stay away from RevShare Ponzi schemes altogether because they could shut down at any time. My real recommendation if you’re looking to make money online is to build your own income-yielding online business.

An Overview of Profit Alliance Club

I first found out about these company a few weeks ago when I was trying to write a review of AdCrump. I think that was twenty days before the program launch. I pushed it to the back seat until recently that it has been getting some solid hype on social media, people have joined and the product launch is just around the corner.

Here is a point-form list of things you might want to know about Profit Alliance Club before you go deep into the details outlined in this review:

  • It is a Ponzi scheme
  • It is a cash gifting scheme
  • They do not sell any real products
  • They do not offer any real services
  • It is much like your typical RevShare scam (The Ads Team, My 24 Hour Income, Traffic Powerline, etc)
  • It usually takes between a few hours and a few years before the owner runs with your money or the SEC shuts the company down

This review was written based on what the company claims and what I saw after opening an account with them but I leave it up to Profit Alliance Club members and non-members alike to provide us with the most updated information on the program in the comments section below.

What is Profit Alliance Club?

Profit Alliance Club is just another revenue sharing (RevShare) platform. They claim the profit shared is from their “crypto-currency mining business”. More on this to come…

The Owner

This company was founded by Diego Noriega, a network marketer based in California. Profit Alliance Club is his first official product but he has been affiliated with a few other programs in the past, including ZarFund.

How does it work?

The main ways you could earn with Profit Alliance Club are from profit sharing daily ROI, referral commissions and “monthly donations”.

Profit Sharing

In the Profit Alliance Club compensation plan, affiliates have to invest between 50 cents and $1250 and they promise you could daily ROI of up to 8.5%.

The amount of ROI is dependent on how much the affiliate invests:

  • Associate: Invest 50 cents and earn a 3% daily ROI up to 110% total ROI
  • Bronze: Invest $2.50 and earn a 3.5% daily ROI up to 115% total ROI
  • Silver: Invest $12.50 and earn a 4% daily ROI up to 120% total ROI
  • Ruby: Invest $62.50 and earn a 4.5% daily ROI up to 125% total ROI
  • Gold: Invest $312.50 and earn a 5% daily ROI up to 130% total ROI
  • Platinum: Invest $350 and earn a 5.5% daily ROI up to 135% total ROI
  • Diamond: Invest $500 and earn a 6% daily ROI up to 140% total ROI
  • Elite: Invest $700 and earn a 6.5% daily ROI up to 145% total ROI
  • Royalty: Invest $1000 and earn a 7% daily ROI up to 150% total ROI
  • Presidential: Invest $1250 and earn an 8.5% daily ROI up to 155% total ROI

Be aware that 40% of all payouts must be reinvested back and each investment has a specific number of days they take to mature.

*Affiliates are investing but what exactly are they getting except higher ROI?? At least the company should have claimed higher investment levels will get more “cryptocurrency training”!

Referral Commissions

Profit Alliance Club pays out referral commissions using a unilevel compensation structure. Here is an outline of what that looks like:

  • Level 1: Your direct referrals
  • Level 2: Level 1’s direct referrals
  • Level 3: Level 2’s direct referrals
  • And so on….

In Profit Alliance Club, you can earn commissions for investments made 7 levels deep into your downline depending on your own level of investment:

  • Associate: You earn 3% on Level 1 (your direct referrals) and 2% on Level 2
  • Bronze: You earn 3% on Level 1, 2% on Level 2 and 1% on Level 3
  • Silver: You earn 3% on Level 1 and 2% on Levels 2 and 3
  • Ruby: You earn 3% on Level 1, 2% on Levels 2 and 3 and 1% on Level 4
  • Gold: You earn 3% on Level 1 and 2% on Levels 2 to 4
  • Platinum: You earn 3% on Level 1, 2% on Levels 2 to 4 and 1% on Level 5
  • Diamond: You earn 3% on Level 1, 2% on Levels 2 to 5
  • Elite: You earn 3% on Level 1, 2% on Levels 2 to 5 and 1% on Level 6
  • Royalty: You earn 3% on Level 1, 2% on Levels 2 to 6
  • Presidential: You earn 3% on Level 1, 2% on Levels 2 to 6 and 1% on Level 7

Monthly “Donations”

They try to mask this as well as they can. You will only find any mention of this on their FAQ page and after you have created your account.

All active members have to give a $10 monthly “donation” to their sponsor (or the owner if you do not have a sponsor).

This is blatant cash gifting and I am not at all surprised. After all, the owner was/is an affiliate of ZarFund.

Pros of Profit Alliance Club

  • If the company sticks around long enough, you might make money
  • They have a Facebook group

Cons of Profit Alliance Club

  • It is a blatant Ponzi scheme
  • It is a cash gifting scheme
  • Zero products
  • Zero services being offered
  • Ponzi schemes do not last long

Who is it for?

In a world where everyone was rational, I would say nobody. Unfortunately, this world is far from ideal. If you are willing to take the risk of investing your money on a brand new program with an owner that is launching his very first program so you can earn little chunks of your money daily and earn a cumulative profit over an extended period, I would say go for it.

It goes without saying that the people that hop from Ponzi scheme to Ponzi scheme will love this one as well.

Cost of Joining

It is free to create an account with Profit Alliance Club. However, members have to make a minimum investment of 50 cents to become affiliates.

Payment Forms

There are 6 forms of payment available on Profit Alliance Club: Payza, Payeer, Perfect Money, Solid Trust Pay, Litecoin and Bitcoin.

Closing Thoughts and Verdict

I did not forget I mentioned “crypto-currency mining business” earlier. Well, there is no reason to believe there is any such business. Here is why…

There is no way investments in cryptocurrency mining will guarantee a specific ROI every day. Some days will be better than others and there will be worse days in the business but Profit Alliance Club has already stipulated fixed ROI on investments made by affiliates.

Here is a transcript from their FAQ page:

For security reasons, we do not disclose the exact location of our mining farms. As of July 2016, we are operating several mining farms that are located in Asia, Europe and South America.

Question: Where is your mining farm located?

Since they have failed to convince me that the profits being shared come from their investment on cryptocurrency mining, I am forced to believe the only funds available in the system is the investment made by new members.

Funds from new investors are used to pay existing investors. Ponzi Scheme! Affiliates give monthly “donations” to other affiliates. Cash Gifting Scheme!

Since the owner is based in the US, I am very sure the SEC will soon come running after this company. If recruiting slows down or stops entirely and the new funds stop coming in, the company will even shut down before the SEC shuts them down.

In case you were still wondering, Profit Alliance Club is a scam!

If you are still hell bent on joining this program, I suggest you wait a few months after they launch to see if they are actually paying their members and all that.

What Now?

You want to make money online legitimately and you will if you are willing to work for it.

I recommend you make money online through a system that has been around for years. A system that is completely legit. A system that is centred around something you are very passionate about. Working hard becomes fun using this system!
