Our Recommendation: This is your typical RevShare Ponzi scheme. Programs that operate using this model could be shut down at any moment. If you want to learn how to build a successful online business, check out my top recommendation.
An Overview of Ad Click Xpress
You might have come across this program before, you just have not realized it yet. This program was initially called Just Been Paid and later, Profit Clicking. Same bullshit, different name. In case you were still wondering, Ad Click Xpress is a scam.
I have written a few reviews on these RevShare programs on this website. My 24 Hour Income, Ads Division, Traffic Power Line, Ad Wealth System and a few more of these have comprehensive reviews on this website. Each time I come across any RevShare programs, I proceed with high hopes that this one would offer something different than the last one. Unfortunately, I find myself extremely disappointed every single time. Ad Click Xpress is just as much a scam as most RevShare programs are.
I noticed that there were not many reviews exposing Ad Click Xpress for the scam they are. Having also noticed that the Alexa rank of their website is a whopping 21,000 at the time of writing, this means there are lots of people actually falling for this thing.
There is even a “Latest Signups” box showing on their homepage showing that a lot of people actually do sign up every hour. It is the combination of all these factors that prompted this long overdue review.
Let me ask you a question: Why do you think Ad Click Xpress changed from Just Been Paid and Profit Clicking? Could it be because they simply felt like rebranding OR there were more pressing reasons that forced the change?
This company, like most RevShare companies, is a classic example of a Ponzi scheme.
The company relies solely on the capital paid by new members to pay currently existing members and exist. The moment no one else joins, they cannot pay existing members and the whole system collapses. This is just one reason the system could collapse. Another reason these Ponzi schemes disappear is because some of them are shut down by the SEC before they get to the stage of collapsing by themselves.
As soon as this system collapses, the owners envelop the same scam under the umbrella of another name and relaunch it.
You might be wondering why it is so easy for the owners to mask a scam under another name.
Simple. The SEC shuts these programs down after they have determined a huge percentage of their revenue comes from the sale of adPacks and recruitment. It takes a reasonable time span (months or years) for the SEC to have a proper analysis of the program’s income statements and then confirm they are operating illegally.
If you want to disregard my personal grudge with RevShare programs, that is fine. Here is what the SEC had to say about Profit Clicking and another huge RevShare program, Traffic Monsoon. These companies no longer exist under the same name and programs that follow this business model always end up shutting down.

As this review is based on what they claim to be offering and what I have seen after opening a free account with the program, it is up to Ad Click Xpress members and non-members alike to provide us with the most up to date information on the program in the comments. I would like to hear your thoughts regardless of how nice or harsh they might be… I am strong enough to handle it.
What is Ad Click Xpress?
Ad Click Xpress is a Revenue Sharing (RevShare) platform that offers advertising products and services.
This definition applies to virtually every RevShare program but the reality is they only claim to offer advertising as a service and AdPacks as a product because, by law, they are mandated to either sell a product or provide a service to get started.
Ad Click Xpress survives purely from the money new members invest on adPacks when they join.
How Does it Work?
When someone purchases adPacks, the revenue goes into the pool and is shared among everyone. When this happens, everything is great. However, if members do not join, no adPacks are bought, nothing goes into the pool and nothing is shared among everyone.
Do you now see how this program is fully dependent on people joining the program?
How Much Could You Really Earn?
Everything you earn using this method is marginal. If only one person purchases an adPack, the revenue is shared among everybody within the entire Ad Click Xpress platform. As you would expect, this could only earn you a few cents at best.
To increase your earning potential with this program, you will have to take advantage of their referral program. If you are able to refer somebody to the program, you will get a 10% commission off every adPack purchase your referral makes. You would have to bring in a decent number of referrals to make any form of decent money from this program.
If you invest a huge amount of money in this program, you are very unlikely to ever make your money back. If at all you could, it would definitely take a very long time.
Remember these programs do not even last a very long time. You could easily find yourself dealing with a huge loss with nobody to complain to.
They operate a Multi Level Marketing compensation model too. You get compensation from your downline two levels down. This simply means if you are able to get a referral and your referral is able to get a referral too, you would earn commissions from purchases made by both your referral and your referral’s referral.
Pros
- The whole system is not complicated to learn
- They offer advertising
Cons
- The SEC describes this business model as a Ponzi Scheme
- Ponzi schemes do not last long
- No training on how to do anything
- Multi-level marketing
- No real products
- No capacity to earn substantial income without investing a lot of money in AdPacks, and even then there is still no guarantee

Payment Forms
There are currently 6 forms of payment in Ad Click Xpress: Payza, Solid Trust Pay, Perfect Money, OK Pay, Paytoo and Egopay.
Who is Ad Click Xpress for?
I would say this is for anybody willing to invest at least $10 to stand a chance of earning a few cents every day. Joining this program is not exactly stealing your money until the program shuts down with your money still in it.
Ad Click Xpress Training & Tools
Ad Click Xpress offer you zero training on what you are supposed to do. The good thing is buying Adpacks to qualify to get paid and viewing ads are not exactly rocket science.
Still, it would be nice to have some training, even if it is just one video, teaching you the best way to maximize your earning potential.
There are no tools in this program either.
Ad Click Xpress Support
To be fair, I think they do well in terms of providing support. There is a help desk system where members can ask questions which have not been answered by the FAQ pages. There is also a ‘Report a Problem’ page for technical issues with your ads or ad viewing. Lastly, they have live chat to respond to immediate concerns.
The Business Model and the SEC…
I will start by describing what I feel is the business model being adopted by Ad Click Xpress. Like I said before, members and non-members of the program are encouraged to disagree with me and leave their thoughts in the comments section. Here is what I think of Ads Division’s Business Model: All of the revenue generated by Ad Click Xpress comes members’ investments on AdPacks.
Here is what the SEC had to say about the business model of another RevShare platform that just recently shut down, Traffic Monsoon:
More than 99% of Traffic Monsoon’s revenue comes from the sale of AdPacks. Traffic Monsoon could not pay returns to investors without the sale of new AdPacks. Traffic Monsoon is a classic Ponzi scheme in which investors are paid from money contributed from new investors, and there is little real business activity.
Take a second to think about this now: If the SEC had a problem with Traffic Monsoon living off the sale of AdPacks, why would the SEC not come after Ad Click Xpress in the near future? They already gave out a warning about ACX’s previous aliases, Just Been Paid and Profit Clicking. So why not Ad Click Xpress?
Closing Thoughts
My thoughts on Ad Click Xpress are no different than my thoughts on all the other RevShare programs I have reviewed. There is way too much uncertainty associated with them. Everything might seem all good today and next month, but they could very easily be shut down 6 months from now.
Even while the program is fully operational, the benefits are ridiculously minimal. The only way you can earn any decent money from this program is by investing thousands of dollars in adPacks first. Even that is still a huge gamble.
If you are looking to build a long-term business online, I suggest you take a look at my top recommendation for learning how to be successful online. It is a system that worked 10 years ago, is working now, and will continue to work even 30 years from now. In fact, this system can only stop when 3 things happen:
- There are no search engines anymore
- People stop having any kind of problems
- People stop looking for solutions to their problems

I read this review of Ad Click Xpress with interest and am grateful for the information you have shared.
I think I am a little surprised that you awarded a score of 5/100; from your description
of it as a ponzi, then i believe it deserves a big fat zero.
Hello John,
There are a few factors I take into consideration when deciding on overall rankings. Some of these factors are the services they offer, the products they sell, the legitimacy of the business model, what they claim customers and affiliates will get with them, upsells, etc. Of course no matter how well they tick all the other boxes, I would definitely consider them a scam if their business model is not legitimate.
However, not all scams deserve a big fat zero. The business model is ponzi scheme like, and as such I expect them to close down very soon. Apart from their business model, Ad Click Xpress offer advertising services and members have a chance to make money up until it closes down. That is the reason I gave it a 5 instead of zero. I hope that makes sense.
Cheers,
Amedu
Hi Amedu, thanks for this informative review. I don’t like anything that is Multi-level marketing, but seeing all the con’s and your details around the program, I will most certainly stay clear of them.
Thank you for helping the online marketing community (especially the newbies) to see where they should not be wasting their time.
PS: I am also a Wealthy Affiliate member and glad to see that they are also your # 1 recommended program 🙂
Thanks for stopping by Marisa. Some MLMs are acceptable, but Ponzi schemes are certainly not!
It’s good to know you are also a WA member. I hope you’re enjoying yourself there 🙂
