This Flipside Profits Review is going to be completely different from the other ones.
You might be wondering how?
Simple. In this review, it’s going to be a human being (me) talking to you and not a robot like in the other Flipside Profits reviews.
I’m not going to tell you Flipside Profits is the best program on earth just because I want to earn a commission from your purchase.
I’m going to be sharing my own personal experience to give you an idea of why I think this program might be beneficial to you.
Sound cool?
My Experience Flipping Sites
I’ve only attempted to flip a site once.
My very first niche website was in the Men’s Sneakers niche.
I would mention the URL but I want to respect the fact that it’s no longer my website.
I had it for about 20 months, developed the site content and at the time I was selling, it had become somewhat of an authority site. Some of the competitive keywords I targeted were on the first and second pages of Google.
I decided to sell the site because:
- I wasn’t truly passionate about the niche. I love sneakers but not nearly enough to consistently write content about it. I found myself struggling to come up with more content ideas.
- I wasn’t making consistent sales from the site. I might make a sale today and not make another for another 2 weeks.
- I felt that since I wasn’t passionate about the niche and it had started ranking for some competitive keywords, it was the right time to cash in on the site.
In my head, I was expecting to get at least $1000 from the sale of this site.
I was in for a HUGE shock!
I listed the site on Flippa, filled in the description and tried to make it as catchy as possible.
I googled tips on the best ways to set up a Flippa listing and someone said it was best to not set a buy now price and start bidding at $1. They said in their experience, this is usually the most profitable because the buy now price usually chases some prospective bidders away.
For some reason, I thought that was good advice and I obliged.
I can’t remember if I kept the listing for 1 or 2 weeks but eventually, I sold the site for $105.
Let that sink in for a moment.
I sold a 20-month authority-ish site with reasonable traffic for a meagre $105.
Why would I do such a thing?
Because I didn’t know any better! This is where Flipside Profits comes in.
What is Flipside Profits?
Flipside Profits is a video training course that teaches you how to turn a tiny domain investment into a highly profitable flip.
The creator of the program, Phil Blackwell, gets his domains for around $13 and ends up either selling them for about $3,000 or renting them out for about $600 per month.
This process is not a myth! It is 100% real.
Phil Blackwell is able to do this by purchasing domains, building websites on these domains and making them look good. That’s all he does to make this amount of profit from each domain.
Imagine if these websites had a lot of content on them and were even making money. They would sell for even more money!
As a rule of thumb, you can flip a site for over 10 times what that site makes in one year.
Websites operate like houses. You can get them cheap and sell them a lot more than you got them.
With website flipping, there really is no limit to how much you could earn.
At $24.95 – $37 (depending on the day you get it), I think Flipside Profits is an absolute bargain. The earlier you purchase the program, the cheaper it is.
Who is it for?
Anyone could benefit from this program. The training is simple enough for everyone, regardless of experience and skill level, to understand.
If you already know how to build and monetize websites, Flipside Profits is a no-brainer for you. The training can help you multiply your income incredibly.
If you don’t know how to build and monetize websites, you can check out the program that taught me.
