Introduction
*It seems like Ads Division has now shut down, as predicted in this review.
This review is long overdue! I have seen this program gathering pace for a few months now and have been pushing back when to write this review for some reason. My first port of call was Ads Division’s official website to know who the owners are but at first, I did not see any mention of that anywhere on the site.
I find it weird that they do not even have an about page. I found a link to their Facebook group on the website though, so I went ahead and clicked on it. There I found Tom Harding and Jeff Martinez as the admins of the group. It looks to me like Jeff Martinez’ Facebook account was created in June. Well either that or he deleted every post until June. Same story applies to Tom Harding.
From their Facebook profiles, I can tell that the headquarters of Ads Division is located in Majuro, Marshall Islands. I later saw on their FAQ page that they indeed mentioned the owners on their website.
This program has been garnering immense traction online, with their Alexa ranking currently at 37,888 at the time of writing. The counter on their home page also suggests they already have 92,067 members signed up, with about $341,239 yielded in profits by members.
I’m not quite sure if this amount is a daily or monthly payout or even their payout since the very beginning, but I sure hope it’s a daily payout. That is the only way it even comes close to making sense! This equates to an average of about $3.70 per member in profits.
Either way, we look at it, it does not seem very much at all. This either means everyone earns low profits, some people earn very high while others earn very low, or there are a lot of people that do not earn anything at all.

As this review is based on what they claim to be offering and what I have seen after opening a free account with the program, it is up to Ads Division members and non-members alike to provide us with the most up to date information on the program in the comments. I would like to hear your thoughts regardless of how nice or harsh they might be… I can handle it ?
So what exactly is Ads Division anyway…?
What is Ads Division?
Ads Division is a Revenue Sharing (RevShare) platform that offers highly targeted advertising and shares all of its revenue from selling advertisement products with its members. This service might be particularly interesting to marketers, product sellers or business owners looking to put their products and services in front of the right audience.
Unlike My 24 Hour Income and much like Traffic PowerLine, Ads Division does not sell any affiliate products. Therefore, according to the SEC’s statement on this kind of business model, Ads Division ticks the boxes of a Ponzi scheme.
Since, they earn a large percentage, if not all, of its revenue from the sale of AdPacks, Ads Division is a Ponzi scheme as per the definition by the SEC. I will reference a related statement made by the SEC towards the end of this review.
How Do You Make Money with Ads Division?
There are 3 ways you can make money with Ads Division:
(1) Purchase Adpacks, and view 10 Ads daily
“Adpack” is the short form of Advertisement Package. These Advertisement Packages are advertising credits members purchase to be a part of the traffic exchange system and be able to receive profits from company advertising activity. The price of an ad-pack is $5 and they claim you can get 105% – 150% return on investment (ROI).
There are two ways you can invest in Adpacks within Ads Division:
As an Individual: This way, you purchase ad-packs on your own and receive the following benefits:
- 105% ROI for each ad-pack
- Each package comes with 300 displays of your advertising 125 x 125 banner
- 250 real, unique visits
- Each package comes with 200 displays of your advertising 468 x 60 banner
As part of a Group: A group is a collective investment, which earns you a bigger return on investment. A group could be set up by anyone.
If you create a group, maybe by inviting your friends and family or however you feel like doing it, you become its leader. As the leader, you get a percentage of all the daily earnings of members of your group as something called a “leader bonus”.
There are 5 different levels of groups within Ads Division:
Green Group: The minimum number of Adpacks required to create this group is 20, which costs $100. Within this group, you get an 110% return on each package and the leader gets a 6% leader bonus of all the daily charges earned by members of the group.
Blue Group: The minimum number of Adpacks required to create this group is 100, which costs $500. Within this group, you get a 120% return on each package and the leader gets a 7% leader bonus of all the daily charges earned by members of the group.
Yellow Group: The minimum number of Adpacks required to create this group is 200, which costs $1000. Within this group, you get a 130% return on each package and the leader gets a 8% leader bonus of all the daily charges earned by members of the group.
Red Group: The minimum number of Adpacks required to create this group is 500, which costs $2500. Within this group, you get a 140% return on each package and the leader gets a 9% leader bonus of all the daily charges earned by members of the group.
Violet Group: The minimum number of Adpacks required to create this group is 1000, which costs $5000. Within this group, you get a 150% return on each package and the leader gets a 10% leader bonus of all the daily charges earned by members of the group.
To create a higher level group, you have to finish as the leader of the immediate lower group. For example, you have to finish as leader of the yellow group to be able to create a red group.
**To qualify for any level of ROI whether as an individual or as part of a group, you must view 10 ads a day.
Ads Division affiliates could also double their return on investment (ROI) on adpacks, depending on the amount of investment made by people within their downline.
Here is a breakdown for each level of investment:
- 101 AdPacks ($505) in cumulative downline investment yields a 5% increase in ROI
- 501 AdPacks ($2505) in cumulative downline investment yields a 15% increase in ROI
- 2001 AdPacks ($10,005) in cumulative downline investment yields a 30% increase in ROI
- 10,001 AdPacks ($50,005) in cumulative downline investment yields a 50% increase in ROI
- 25,001 AdPacks ($125,005) in cumulative downline investment yields a 100% increase in ROI
(2) Earn Commissions from your Referrals’ Investments
There is a 3-level referral commission system used at Ads Division. An outline of the 3 levels are:
- Level 1: Your direct referrals
- Level 2: Level 1’s direct referrals
- Level 3: Level 2’s direct referrals
So for AdPack purchases made by:
- Level 1: You get 7% of the value of the purchase
- Level 2: You get 2% of the value of the purchase
- Level 3: You get 1% of the value of the purchase
(3) Earn Commissions from your Referrals’ ROI
Not only do you get compensated for referrals’ investments, you also get compensated from the ROI they get from those investments.
Pros
- Presence of a community within a Facebook group
- Not very complicated to learn
- In-house forum
Cons
- The SEC describes this business model as a Ponzi Scheme
- Ponzi schemes do not last long
- Multi-level marketing
- The traffic is not really highly targeted, as people will only watch your ads because they are forced to watch 10 every day
- No real products
- No capacity to earn substantial income without investing a lot of money in AdPacks, and even then there is still no guarantee
Payment Forms
There are currently 5 forms of payment in Ads Division: Payza, Solid Trust Pay, Perfect Money, Payeer and Bitcoin.
Who is Ads Division for?
I would say this is for anybody that is willing to invest some money to cash out a few bucks every day. Their service is targeted advertising, so by joining this they are not stealing your money. My issue with this is they do not last long at all.

Ads Division Training & Tools
They posted a YouTube video on how to get started, create your account, set up your payment processors, how to start your first advertising campaign and stuff like that. Other than that video on YouTube, there is no other training.
Ads Division Support
There is a community of members within their Facebook group. It is a closed group and I suspect the admins of the group will check to confirm if you are a member before they let you join. You should be able to ask any questions you might have on that Facebook group.
They also have a forum within the Ads Division platform where you could post your questions on any of the related topics. There are also different threads for various languages within the forum.
The Business Model and the SEC…
I want to start by summarizing what I think is the business model adopted by Ads Division. I said it earlier and I am saying it again, members and non-members are encouraged to disagree with me and leave their thoughts in the comments section. Here is what I think of Ads Division’s Business Model: All of the revenue generated by Ads Division comes from AdPack purchases.
Here is what the SEC had to say about the business model of another RevShare platform that just recently shut down, Traffic Monsoon:
More than 99% of Traffic Monsoon’s revenue comes from the sale of AdPacks. Traffic Monsoon could not pay returns to investors without the sale of new AdPacks. Traffic Monsoon is a classic Ponzi scheme in which investors are paid from money contributed from new investors, and there is little real business activity.
My question to you now is: If the SEC could shut down Traffic Monsoon for simply selling AdPacks, what makes you think Ads Division will be any different?
The only reason I can think of right now is that Ads Division is based in the Marshall Islands and not the US. That might buy them a little more time but since they are dealing with people in the US, I strongly believe they will get shut down eventually.
Closing Thoughts…
This program is very similar to My 24 Hour Income, and my thoughts on this kind of programs are the same. There is way too much uncertainty with them because you do not know how long it will take before they shut down. Even while they are still operational, you cannot earn any substantial profits without investing huge money in first.
With all that said, there are still a few things I admire with the program. One of the things I like about the program is that the owners do not promise that you will ever become a millionaire doing this. It is rare to find scam programs where the owners are actually very transparent about what they are truly offering. The best you could get from this are short-term gains.
If you are looking to build a long-term business online, I suggest you take a look at my top recommendation for learning how to be successful online. It is a system that worked 10 years ago, is working now, and will continue to work even 30 years from now. Did I also mention you get to sign up for free?
